A £20 non-refundable deposit is required for all boot fitting appointments and must be paid up front at the time of booking.
If a scheduled boot fitting appointment is cancelled or the client fails to attend (no-show), the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
The remaining payment balance for the appointment must be paid on the day of visit via cash or BACS.
As with any device applied to the hoof, there is always a risk. I will not be held responsible for any injury that occurs to your horse when using hoof boots or if a hoof boot gets damaged during use.
